Leonard Thompson has been serving as a custodian at Hillsboro School District for twenty-seven years.
Over his time in the district, he's worked different shifts, taken on different roles and managed a multitude of projects.
But one thing has remained constant - his dedication to the students and staff, and his continued commitment to making our district better.
Mr. Thompson received a commendation for his outstanding contribution to the district on September 13, 2021.
