Today, Hillsboro Junior High and High School choir students wrap up their fundraising and appreciate the very colorful fruits of their labor.
Six high school choir officers (pictured with Mrs. Parker), with help from Mr. Thompson, Mr. Parker, and Mr. Conley, loaded over 460 multi-colored mums this morning. The flowers are available for pickup by the Ag/Tech shop between 2:30-5:00 PM today, September 24, for those who pre-purchased.
The annual fundraiser directly supports district music programming, including providing high school students with the opportunity to earn money for the music trip to New York City next summer.
A heartfelt thanks to the Hillsboro community, who continue to support our students both in their studies and their dreams, and to Daniel Thompson, Tom Parker, and Shaun Conley for their assistance in loading and transporting the mums to the school.
