ELA (English Language Arts) 7 and 8 students have been learning about the aspects of theme, tone, and mood in literature, and created poems in order to identify those components in their own works.
Students could choose different forms of poetry to help them recognize and analyze literary devices, including magnetic poetry, book spine poetry, or black-out poetry.
